To apply for a unit, first click the unit below.  Then scroll down and click "Apply for this Unit". When you are finished, you will receive an email requesting authorization for background check.  No applications will be reviewed without a background check.  The fee for the background check is $17.
We accept Portable Tenant Screening Reports ("PTSRs") that comply with Colorado law. Applicants providing a compliant PTSR will not be required to purchase an additional screening report or pay an additional screening fee. The Landlord reserves the right to verify all information provided.
